User & Subscription Agreement

01 Introduction

This agreement governs your access to TikDN Cinema (“TikDN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website and any official applications through which we make our services available. “You” means the person using the service or purchasing a subscription.

By using TikDN Cinema, you agree to these terms. Please read them before creating an account or purchasing a subscription. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, or the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian where permitted by applicable law.

If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization.

Your guest account. TikDN may create a guest account with a random Account ID when you first visit. A necessary browser cookie keeps you signed in; this does not require a hardware fingerprint. Purchases belong to this account. Set a password or link a verified email or Google account, when available, to sign in elsewhere. If you clear browser data or lose the device before securing your account, automatic access to that account may be lost. Contact support with your purchase reference for help.

02 Subscriptions & payment

Paid plans, when available for purchase, provide access to the subscription features described on the Plans page and at checkout. Our listed subscription prices are:

Automatic renewal. By completing a recurring subscription purchase, you authorize recurring charges for the plan and billing period shown at checkout until you cancel. Applicable taxes and the total payable amount are displayed before you confirm payment. A free trial applies only if it is expressly offered with its duration and renewal terms.

Payment provider. If your checkout is provided by Paddle, Paddle processes your purchase as the merchant of record. Its Buyer Terms apply to that transaction alongside this agreement. Keep the receipt or confirmation email for your billing records.

If you choose PayPal, payment is processed through PayPal. Review and approve the recurring payment on its checkout page. Your TikDN Account ID is shown before checkout, and your membership is updated after payment is verified. TikDN does not receive your full card number or PayPal password.

Keep your account and payment details accurate. Failed or overdue payments may interrupt paid access. Subscription access is linked to the TikDN account used for the purchase and may take a short time to update after payment verification.

03 Using TikDN Cinema

TikDN provides access to its available drama library for your personal, non-commercial viewing. A subscription grants access to the service; it does not transfer ownership of any film, subtitle, artwork, or other content.

You must not redistribute, resell, publicly broadcast, or otherwise exploit our content without separate permission. Do not bypass access controls, use another person’s account without authorization, interfere with the service, or use it unlawfully.

You are responsible for protecting your account and for activities you authorize through it. Contact support@tikdn.net if you suspect unauthorized access.

Available titles, episodes, languages, and features may vary by location, device, and licensing arrangements. Streaming quality depends on your connection and device. Offline downloads, a particular resolution, and uninterrupted availability are included only when expressly offered for your plan.

04 Changes & termination

We may update the service or these terms to reflect operational, technical, or legal changes. We will communicate material changes through the service or an appropriate account notice, including when they take effect. Any consent or notice required by applicable law will be obtained or provided.

Changes to recurring prices will be disclosed before the affected renewal. If you do not accept a change, you may cancel future renewals before it takes effect. The terms shown for a purchase and your mandatory legal rights remain applicable to that purchase.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address nonpayment, a material breach of these terms, fraud, unlawful activity, or a security risk. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

You may stop using TikDN at any time. Stopping use, signing out, or uninstalling an application does not itself cancel a subscription. Follow the cancellation steps below to stop future renewals.

05 Responsibility

We will use reasonable care in providing the service and addressing reported problems. You and TikDN are each responsible for your own obligations under this agreement and applicable law.

We cannot promise that the service will always be available or free from errors. If a technical issue prevents you from receiving a paid service, contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Nothing in this agreement excludes liability, refunds, or other remedies where doing so would be unlawful, or limits any mandatory consumer rights.

06 Disputes & your rights

Please contact support@tikdn.net about a dispute so that we can try to resolve it in good faith. Include enough information to identify the issue and the outcome you are requesting.

If an issue cannot be resolved, you may pursue the remedies and competent courts available under applicable law. This agreement does not remove any mandatory consumer protections or rights that apply where you live. Separate payment-provider terms govern disputes concerning that provider’s payment services.

07 Subscription cancellation

You may cancel future subscription renewals at any time. For a subscription purchased on our website:

1. Sign in to the TikDN account used for your purchase.
2. Open My account and select Manage billing.
3. Follow the cancellation steps in the billing portal and keep the confirmation.

For Paddle purchases, you may also use the billing link in your subscription confirmation email or contact Paddle buyer support.

For PayPal purchases, choose Cancel renewal in your TikDN account, or use Manage billing to open PayPal automatic payments and cancel the TikDN subscription there.

Cancel before the next renewal shown in your billing portal to avoid the next charge. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and your access continues until then. A renewal already processed is handled under the refund policy below.

If you purchased through an app store, use that store’s subscription management settings and follow the terms shown for that purchase. If you cannot access the relevant cancellation method, contact us for assistance.

08 Billing inquiries

For questions about access, a charge, or your subscription, email support@tikdn.net. Include your account email, order or transaction reference, purchase date, and a short description of the issue.

Do not send your password, sign-in codes, or full card details. We may ask for limited additional information needed to verify a purchase or investigate a problem.

We will review your inquiry and respond using the contact details you provide. Payment-processing questions may also need assistance from the provider identified on your receipt.

09 Refunds

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund a charge already paid. You may request a refund by contacting support@tikdn.net with your order details and the reason for your request.

Refund requests are reviewed in accordance with applicable law, the payment provider’s policy, and the circumstances of the purchase, including duplicate or unauthorized charges and technical failures. For purchases processed by Paddle, its Refund Policy and any applicable withdrawal rights govern the payment refund. App-store purchases follow the relevant store’s process.

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment provider where possible. The time for funds to appear depends on that provider and your bank. Any effect on subscription access will be explained with the refund outcome.

Nothing in this policy limits refunds or other remedies that you are entitled to under mandatory consumer law.
